Meals, shots, weight, photos, and Muscle Shield scores are stored on your device by default. We do not receive this content unless you turn on anonymous analytics.
Weight sync with Health Connect only happens when you tap connect or import — data goes between your phone and Health Connect, not to us.
If you opt in, we collect anonymous usage events: which screens you open, which buttons you tap (e.g. “log meal”, “stats tab”), app version, and error codes. We never send meal names, protein grams, weight, medication doses, or photos.
You can accept or decline on first launch and change this anytime in Settings → Privacy & analytics.
Legal basis (EU/UK): consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by turning analytics off.
Optional JSON export stays on your device or wherever you save the file. We do not host your health data.
On supported phones, analysis runs on-device first. If unavailable, a one-time request may go to our server for AI analysis — not stored.
Subscriptions are processed by Google Play. We do not store your card details.
Anonymous analytics aggregates are kept up to 90 days for product improvement, then deleted.
